Our Difference
At Behaviour Collaborations, we keep support practical, respectful and easy to implement. You will work with qualified practitioners who collaborate closely with families, support teams and other providers, with clear documentation and a focus on consistent, meaningful progress.
-
Collaborative support network
We plan with the full support network, including families, carers, support workers, schools and coordinators, so everyone works toward the same goals using the same strategies. This helps Positive Behaviour Support stay consistent across home, school and community settings and reduces mixed messages for the person receiving support.
-
Strengths-based, person-centred strategies
Our work focuses on skills, communication and emotional regulation, building on what is already working and tailoring support to the person’s needs and preferences. Strategies are designed to translate into everyday routines, supporting behaviour support Queensland wide in a way that holds up in real life.
-
Ethical, rights-focused practice
We prioritise dignity, safety and choice in every plan and recommendation. Our approach is evidence-based, with a clear aim to reduce or eliminate restrictive practices wherever possible, and to support safe, sustainable outcomes through Positive Behaviour Support.
-
Clear documentation that supports decisions
We use structured processes and thorough documentation so families and teams can act with confidence. This includes practical plans and supporting paperwork, as well as assessments and reports that align with NDIS behaviour support services when required, and support continuity of care over time.
-
Flexible delivery and continuity of care
Flexible delivery across Queensland, including TelePBS and telehealth behaviour support options, to maintain consistency when travel or scheduling limits face-to-face support. Support can be accessed through NDIS behaviour support services, plus private and DVA pathways, and we will guide the next step based on your needs and what is most practical.
If you are not sure where to start, contact Behaviour Collaborations with a short summary of what is going on, your suburb or town, and what you are hoping to achieve. Your behaviour support enquiry can relate to Positive Behaviour Support, counselling and mental health support, or other supports, and we can talk you through TelePBS and telehealth behaviour support if that is the best fit for access and consistency. We also support people through NDIS behaviour support services, plus private and DVA pathways, so you can feel clear about the next step.
Registered, accredited and quality focused
Behaviour Collaborations is a nationally registered NDIS and NIISQ provider, and our work is proudly aligned with leading professional bodies including the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI) and the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Our qualified practitioners operate under certified quality management systems, ensuring Positive Behaviour Support, counselling and mental health support, and every behaviour support enquiry is handled with professionalism, ethics, and evidence-based care. Support is available through NDIS, private and DVA pathways.
We provide behaviour support Queensland wide, with services delivered across South East Queensland including Brisbane, Redlands, Ipswich, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, and west to Toowoomba. TelePBS and telehealth behaviour support are also available throughout Queensland to improve access and continuity when in-person sessions are not the best fit.
